<title>This interview is an excerpt from Kevin Gianni&#8217;s Renegade Roundtable, which can be found at http://www.RenegadeRoundtable.com. In this excerpt, Matt Amsdam shares on raw food presentations, ingredients, combinations and must haves.Renegade Water Secrets with Matt Amsdam, the CEO of Rawvolution and owner of the Rawvolution caf&#233; in Santa Monica. He&#8217;s also the creator of &#8220;The Box,&#8221; which ships raw foods directly to customers in the continental U.S. overnight. Kevin: This is a good question. I&#8217;ve had the Big Matt at Rawvolution. Why do you replicate cooked food? What&#8217;s the reason for that?Matt: I think it&#8217;s just that anything else would just sort of be arbitrary. There&#8217;s certain things that have become popular in cooked food because they work. While they may not be made of the best ingredients, you can&#8217;t deny that a sandwich is popular. There&#8217;s something great about a sandwich, right? Let&#8217;s face it. Those textures and flavors work together. That&#8217;s a recipe that&#8217;s stood the test of time. So I say why try to reinvent the wheel completely when you can take all the best parts of cooked food and say, &#8220;OK, sandwiches are good, let&#8217;s just make a raw sandwich.&#8221; Essentially it&#8217;s the same thing &#8211; lettuce, tomato, onions, mustard and things like that. Switch out the patty and switch out the bread and just make all of the ingredients of a higher quality. No reason to throw the baby out with the bathwater. It&#8217;s kind of a fun thing.I worked at McDonald&#8217;s at one time and so it&#8217;s a little bit of fun. No one&#8217;s going to think that they&#8217;re eating a Big Mac when they&#8217;re having a Big Matt, but it has some of the same elements. For some reason when you have pickles and onions and mustard together people like that. That&#8217;s proven by the fact that billions and billions of people have eaten those combinations on McDonald&#8217;s hamburgers. So it&#8217;s like a shortcut. We already know what people like so let&#8217;s give it to them in a healthier way.It&#8217;s also a trick for coming up with recipes. It&#8217;s a little bit of a challenge. It would seem harder for me to put four or five ingredients together and then come up with some new name for it that I just made up. People have a framework for what you&#8217;re trying to go for when you do the replication.Kevin: Yeah, it&#8217;s not, &#8220;What is that?&#8221;Matt: Right.Kevin: Probably recognition as well. Anyone in this movement wants to get other people involved. Do you think that&#8217;s one of the main&#8230;? It&#8217;s probably a main contributing factor to creating things like that.Matt: Absolutely. If you offer somebody something and they say, &#8220;What is it?&#8221; If you tell them it&#8217;s a sandwich or it&#8217;s couscous or whatever, they have a framework for what that is. They&#8217;re not immediately scared off. If you come up with some new name and you tell them that made up name that&#8217;s not going to give them any information that they&#8217;re looking for. So it&#8217;s kind of meeting people on their level of building report and saying, &#8220;OK, well this is our version of a burger.&#8221; So that they&#8217;re not completely shocked by what they&#8217;re getting and they have some framework for, &#8220;OK, this is some sort of sandwich. Now I&#8217;m not so afraid of it. Let me try it.&#8221;Kevin: It does taste like a Big Mac, by the way.Matt: Oh, good, thank you.Kevin: One question: Raw mustard, how do you make raw mustard?Matt: We don&#8217;t make it but there are companies that do and we get it from them. Stone-ground mustard made with sea salt and apple cider vinegar, horseradish and things like that. Most of the things we have to make. You were talking about raw restaurants before, it&#8217;s really such a different animal. Any restaurant in the country they get their hamburger buns and their tomato sauce and all of these things pre-packaged and that&#8217;s just something they order. Where everything in a raw restaurant, all the breads are homemade and everything right down to the tomato sauce. Mustard is that one exception. It&#8217;s kind of nice to get a raw product that you didn&#8217;t have to invent.Kevin: Do they sell that retail? Is there a retail brand?Matt: Yeah. Eden is one and True Natural Taste is another brand that I&#8217;m sure health food stores or whole food stores will have.Kevin: I love mustard.Matt: Yeah, mustard is a fantastic invention.Kevin: Thank goodness. What about food combining? Do you adhere to any particular rules or do you say hey, just do what your body says?Matt: Well I think for any raw food chef to be a ******** food-combining advocate is tough because the whole idea is sort of going for taste. But you&#8217;ll find the things that taste best&#8230;If you look at my book, I wouldn&#8217;t say that everything is ultimate in food combining compatibility, but there&#8217;s nothing that&#8217;s a horrible combination. The biggest no-no&#8217;s we usually keep away from like mixing melon with other things. It&#8217;s sort of about towing the line between doing the best possible thing health-wise and what&#8217;s going to keep you eating raw. The best combining of food is not to combine at all and eat everything individually, but most people wouldn&#8217;t be able to stick with that for very long.My recipes, I have a goal of trying to make it taste the best with the fewest ingredients. If you open my book there&#8217;s never a list of ingredients as long as your arm. I&#8217;m kind of a minimalist, even as far as raw food preparation goes so I try to keep the ingredients to a minimum, like five or six things tops. Sometimes that&#8217;s including salt and lemon and oil. So the combinations aren&#8217;t so bad at all.Kevin: Do you use a lot of Nama Shoyu?Matt: We&#8217;ve actually been transitioning away from using so much. We&#8217;ve been creating our own replacement by using miso, blending miso paste with water. We found that in a lot of the recipes it&#8217;s a reasonable, or often very good, substitute. It&#8217;s a good quality product. It&#8217;s made with care, certainly. It&#8217;s a good product but it&#8217;s probably not something you want to have tons of everyday. There&#8217;s people that are sensitive to wheat and they don&#8217;t like that about it.Kevin: What other salt substitutes are there? Miso mixed with water. Is sea salt comparable? I don&#8217;t see many people saying, &#8220;Just add sea salt instead of Nama Shoyu.&#8221; What&#8217;s the thought here?Matt: The reason is not just taste or health benefits. Sea salt is fantastic and I think it&#8217;s not only OK but it&#8217;s actually health promoting when used the right way. I think sometimes the liquid aspect of Nama Shoyu creates nice textures. A good example is the taco meat in my book just simply wouldn&#8217;t work if we switched the Nama Shoyu with sea salt. So sometimes it&#8217;s using the fact that it&#8217;s a liquid as an asset to creating a certain texture.Kevin: Gotcha. That makes a lot of sense. That&#8217;s the first time I&#8217;ve ever heard it that way. I&#8217;ve asked that question before and no one really knows.Matt: I was actually talking about that earlier today. Every ingredient combination is a combination that has a consequence of taste and of texture. So while you can achieve the same taste with salt instead of Nama Shoyu, you can&#8217;t always get the same texture. So both of those things have to be considered when you come up with a good recipe.Kevin:. We have a question from your number one fan, who is Bunny, and the question is: Hey Matt, if you&#8217;re stranded on an island with only two ingredients, what would they be and why?Matt: Two ingredients, wow. At that point I don&#8217;t think you could call them ingredients. They&#8217;d just be food.Kevin: Yeah, they&#8217;re food. [laughs]Matt: You&#8217;re not going to have many combinations. I think it would be silly not to say coconut, because there are a lot of people stranded on islands that live on coconuts. That would have to be one. If you look at all the indigenous island tribes you&#8217;d almost, exclusively coconuts in some cases are a percentage of their diet. I would say that would be a good one. Coconut is an amazing food and there&#8217;s no other ingredient or other food in the raw food pantheon that results in so many other foods or products like coconut oil, coconut butter, shredded coconut, coconut slush that can be eaten fresh or dehydrated. It&#8217;s so healthy. It&#8217;s gotten a bad rap over the years from the canola farmers and people like thattrying to vilify tropical oils, as they deem them. But coconut is great for the joints and the hair and digestion and brain and it&#8217;s anti-parasitic and anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, anti-mold. It&#8217;s really a fantastic food. So I would have to say coconut. And then some kind of greens. You&#8217;ll see if you look at actual islands they&#8217;ll always have some type of coconut and some type of wild, edible green that&#8217;s a protein source and source for most of their minerals.</title>

<title>ing as hard as I can. I have been making twenty calls a day. I have been working out for the last three years. I buy flowers for my partner every month, but our relationship is far from passionate. I have done four hundred presentations for my business and have not had a single sale yet. I can&#8217;t seem to cross to the next level in my sport.Does any of this sound familiar?Hard work, energy, blood, sweat, and tears-to deduce a few of the payments people make in the pursuit of success from the above list of complaints-doesn&#8217;t mean anything. It&#8217;s also unfortunate that the majority of people only focus on what they do rather than the results they&#8217;re getting. The results of what you put in are what comprise your score card. What is on the score card is all that matters. Results are all that matters. You have either seen or experienced what would be classified as unfair situations, such as the following examples:* A person working and trying hard to achieve a certain sales target, while another colleague cruises by with, seemingly, a lot less effort* Two people going to the gym-as an outsider, you would say that person A is working really hard in the gym compared to person B; yet person B has the better results in twelve weeks* Two students studying for their exams, one studying a lot more than the other; yet the one who seemingly studied less gets the better gradesIt seems unfair. I used to say that. But that is the reality. What makes these so-called underdogs win? They do the right things needed to get the results. They do the smart things that matter. Everything in life has a formula. Get the formula right, and you get the right result. The results you have in your life right now will tell you something about what you are putting into it. Successful people have an orientation for the outcome. Everything is based on results-not the resources spent on something, not the time taken, not how much energy was put into something, none of that. It is simply all about the results.Wherever you are in your life is a result, whether you like it or not. Your weight is a result. Your health is a result. Your relationship status is a result. Your cash flow is a result, and your net worth is a result. Results, results, results-results are all that matter. If any of the results in your life need changing, then you must review what you are doing. As the famous saying goes, if you keep on doing what you have always done, then you will keep on getting what you have always gotten.&#8220;Successful people give you results. Others will give you their rationale.&#8221; -Kevin AbdulrahmanTo change your financial results, you must change what you are doing or how you are doing it. And you must do so now. To change your sporting result, you need to change what you do or how you are doing it, And now. Some of you might say, &#8220;I&#8217;m not getting the results I desire, and I&#8217;ve tried and tried and tried&#8221;.There is no point banging your head against a brick wall wanting to get to the other side.Don&#8217;t try to rationalize why you are not getting the results. It&#8217;s a waste of energy. Instead try another avenue; maybe there&#8217;s a different path that another person who is achieving the result you want is using, and maybe you could do the same. Chances are, if he or she is achieving the desired result, so can you. What you must ask yourself is,Do you want to be mediocre or successful?Do you want to be forgotten or remembered?Do you want to live a full life or one where you constantly ask yourself, &#8220;Could I have done that?&#8221;A very successful person always told me to be a &#8220;results-based person.&#8221; Since then, I have taken on being results orientated. Today, talk is cheap to me. Anyone can talk, and a lot of people do a lot of talking. I have found that only a few people will materialize what they talk about and, hence, I deal only with those people in my day-to-day activities. I am more interested in results than talk. Results are also what I coach people on!You must develop and master the weapon of being results orientated. Your result could mean achieving a certain ranking in your business organization. It could mean attaining certain financial success or hitting certain targets at work. Or your result could be winning the gold at the next Olympics. Getting results, for you, could be having the ability to choose how to spend your days without any worries, the ability to go to the beach and sip from a coconut knowing your finances are of no concern. Your result could be the ability to give the best to your family-your time. It could be spending two full days of every week with the people you love and care about the most; it could be the time you spend giving to others. To help you master the weapon of being results orientated, you must understand the concept of living life by design, as opposed to living life by default. The masses are living every day of their lives by default, with no plan whatsoever, hoping that things will stack up in their favour. Unfortunately, the majority of people think this way, and hence, their end results are not what they&#8217;d wished for. When you live life by design (in other words, when you plan), you have the results in mind and can move ahead, constantly tweaking every step on the way if need be. When you live life by design, you are the one calling the shots and, believe it or not, you will start getting the results you want. You plan and then take action steps to achieve the result within a certain time frame. Here are three quick tips to steer you on the right track to achieve results. 1. Do what other successful people in your area of interest are doing. In other words, you cannot spend your time in cooking classes if you want to be a top badminton player. You must learn and play with the best on the badminton court.2. Spend time to learn and become great at whatever you are choosing to excel in. Most people give up after a week or so of trying things out. Successful people never stop learning in order to one day become the best that they can be, as long as they know that they are on the right track.3. Look at the results you are achieving. If your results and your vision match, continue with the actions you&#8217;re taking. If they don&#8217;t match, then ask yourself what changes need to be made and take action. This is an excerpt from Kevin Abdulrahman&#8217;s book Winning The Game Of Life</title>

<title>This interview is an excerpt from Kevin Gianni&#8217;s Fountain of Youth Summit, which can be found at http://fountainofyouthworldsummit.com. In this excerpt, David Wolfe shares on the myths about calcium and life changing MSM.The Fountain of Youth World Summit with David Wolfe, nutrition authority and author of Sunfood Success System.Kevin: Let&#8217;s take another turn here and let&#8217;s talk a little bit about some of the common things that people are experiencing nowadays and maybe if you can just give some suggestions on what they can do to help them out. I know that, to start, we&#8217;ll start with osteoporosis. A lot of women are concerned about osteoporosis and they&#8217;re concerned about calcium and taking these calcium pills. You know, what are some of the pros and cons of that?David: Okay, well the nations that consume the most calcium, the United States, Canada and the Scandinavian countries, have the worse osteoporosis and that&#8217;s because our theory of mineralization or our theory of nutrition is incorrect. The general theory is that a hundred years ago they started looking at people&#8217;s bones. They found out that, oh my god; these bones are made out of calcium. When people don&#8217;t have enough bone density the thought is, oh they just have to eat more calcium because that&#8217;s what builds bones. Calcium does not build bones and that is one of the biggest misconceptions ever and it actually goes to the real core of our problems with science. And that is the human body is a complex biological machine of an unbelievable of mystery. And there is strong evidence that indicates that if you eat some of the calcium, let&#8217;s say it&#8217;s calcium from coral calcium, for example, oyster shell calcium. That it is almost impossible to get that stuff into your bones to increase bone density. The amount of increasing bone density, at best, is 1 or 2%. It is not good enough. What increases bone density? Well, it turns out it&#8217;s two other minerals and that is silicon and magnesium. Now, the best natural source of magnesium is cacao and cacao is known to be good for your teeth. In fact, there are chemicals in cacao that kill the organism Streptococci mutans that cause cavities. And, in fact, those extracts of the chocolate are now going to be showing up in toothpaste all over the world.Kevin: No kidding?David: That&#8217;s amazing. That to me is just such a dramatic irony.Kevin: Wow.David: All along chocolate has been good for your teeth. It&#8217;s the sugar that&#8217;s been bad but even then, even then, studies have been done on people who eat chocolate even with the sugar and it&#8217;s been found with a study done in Scandinavia on this. It&#8217;s been found that even then that people who eat chocolate have been teeth health than people who don&#8217;t. To me that&#8217;s amazing. But let&#8217;s get on to silicon because this is the mineral that is difficult to get in today&#8217;s diet. What is silicon? It&#8217;s a mineral. You get it in the skin of cucumbers. It&#8217;s in the skin of bell peppers. It&#8217;s the skin of tomatoes. It&#8217;s in certain special herbs, which I&#8217;m going to name and you can drink this as a tea or take it in supplemental form and you will notice that it helps with your bone density. And here are the herbs. One of them is called horse tail, horse tail and it&#8217;s not a horse&#8217;s tail. It&#8217;s actually an herb. Another one is nettle. Stinging nettles have been eaten by the druids in the U.K. for thousands of years and it&#8217;s one of the most important foods to eat if you know how to do it or if you juice it or you can just dry it and make a tea out of it, which is what I&#8217;m recommending; horse tail, nettle, oat straw. The oat seed of the oat grass has a little straw around it. It has a little coating. It&#8217;s the seed capsule. That oat straw is one of the richest sources of silicon. You can buy it in health food stores. You can get in as extracts in health food stores. You can get it raw and make your own tea out of it. You combine those three together and you want you can add alfalfa, which is also a great source of silicon. You can either make a tea out of that or you can just eat those any way you can find them. And you will find if you do three strong teas of that per day you will start increasing your bone density but how? It&#8217;s the silicon. Now, how does silicon increase calcium? I mean that doesn&#8217;t make sense. It&#8217;s because our theory of minerals is incorrect. Our atomic theory is incorrect. And that is if you eat silicon rich food your body, through the power of enzymes transmutates it into calcium, turns the silicon into calcium. That was discovered by a great French researcher by the name of Louis Curvan, a Nobel prize nominee, who wrote five books and 5,000 pages of research on just this particular subject; how silicon and calcium are related to each other. It was very well honored in France and he is very intimately entwined in the science of what&#8217;s going on in France; but because of the language barrier his research really never made it to the English-speaking nations.Kevin: Interesting when we&#8217;re still taking calcium pills from, you know, sea shells and everything.David: I recommend to god, you know, this is so engrained in our minds about calcium that if you are confused about this, get on the Internet and research exactly whose getting the results of remineralizing their bones and you&#8217;ll find it&#8217;s people who are not taking these forms of calcium that are toxic, which is the oyster shell calcium and to some degree even coral calcium.Kevin: Now, bones are alkaline and doesn&#8217;t the acidity of meats and sugars &#8211; does that eat away at the bone? I mean has that been proven or is that just a theory that I think I have, you know?David: Well, that&#8217;s a great question and that&#8217;s the other side of the equation about osteoporosis. One is we&#8217;ve got to make sure we get the right nutrition to build strong bones. The other side of the equation is we&#8217;ve got to make sure we are doing things that aren&#8217;t hurting our bones. Eating lots of sugar is one of the worse things we can do to our overall health of our teeth, which are living bones and to the density of our bones because when we take in lots of sugar our body has to use calcium, it has to pull calcium out of the bones to buffer or neutralize the intense acidity of the sugar. Calcium is highly alkaline, as you stated. Our bones are alkaline and, therefore, alkaline minerals are used whenever we&#8217;re exposed to real strong acids. Sugar is a very strong acid. I mean, you know, we used to dissolve the corrosion on our battery terminals of our bus by dumping soda pop onto it because that sugar just dissolves and the phosphoric acid just dissolves all the corrosion right on the battery terminal. I mean you don&#8217;t&#8217; want to be putting that in your body. That&#8217;s dangerous.Kevin: Let&#8217;s get into supplements little bit. And you walk into a health food store and there are literally thousands of them. How do you get through them to find the ones that help with weight loss, and longevity, is really what I think the fountain of youth is all about? Which ones of those are the best? I mean rhodiola, turmeric, cinnamon. I mean which ones are the ones that people should be focusing on, not necessarily take but should be focusing on?David: That&#8217;s such an excellent question. My job is to basically guide people into health food stores and create order out of chaos. There are so many things. Okay, well the most important thing, in my opinion, that you can buy in a health food store in that department is going to be vitamin C.Kevin: Okay. In what form?David: Well, there&#8217;s different forms. Now, I recommend that you start experimenting, moving away from synthetic forms of vitamin C or ascorbic acid, which is still beneficial, still good for you, and moving towards powdered, really high vitamin C plants. For example, you can get acerola cherry. It&#8217;s a tropical berry that is really high in vitamin C. It&#8217;s like 1 or 2% vitamin C and basically what they do is they grow these berries. They dry them and they powder them down and the encapsulate them or put them in a glass jar and sell them in health food stores as vitamin C. Now, that&#8217;s a real great way to get lots of vitamin C natural with all the cofactors. Vitamin C needs cofactors like rutin and bioflavonoids that are all naturally present in those powders, like acerola cherry. You can either take it supplementally as capsules or you add it onto your smoothies. You can literally put it in your water that you drink in your morning and it kind of sweetens the water. It sweetens the water but doesn&#8217;t sugarize the water.Kevin: Gotcha.David: Vitamin C is sweet but not sugary. So it makes your morning water easier to drink. So that&#8217;s one thing, vitamin C. The next thing is, what I believe to be, the greatest discovery in the last &#8212; probably in the last hundred years in the field of nutrition other than vitamin C and enzymes and that is sulfur, MSM, Methylsulfonylmethane. MSM is a biologically available form of sulfur that&#8217;s naturally found in wild food, untended food. We don&#8217;t really have access to that hardly at all any more. I mean, almost all our food is grown on farms for us. It&#8217;s not being watered naturally by the rain. I&#8217;m talking about the natural sulfur that&#8217;s produced in the oceans that helps create clouds, then drops them on the land that we need nutritionally in order to produce flexible collagen. Now that in the world does that mean? It means that sulfur produces flexible skin and flexible muscle tissue. It stops, in essence, wrinkling and increases the juiciness of the collagen and the discs, the joints that basically separate our bones from each other. On top of all that, it increases the growth of our hair, our nails, so that we have thicker, richer growth of our hair and nails. This can all be easily experienced within two weeks of taking MSM.Kevin: It&#8217;s going to grow like weeds.David: It&#8217;s really incredible and people who want thick quick growth of their hair and nails are almost always completely shocked by how powerful MSM can be. You can get it in capsule form. You can get it in a powder form. It&#8217;s available in every single health food store now. Once you start looking into it, and especially when you take it, here&#8217;s what you&#8217;re going to find out. You&#8217;re going to find it&#8217;s one of the most important things you&#8217;ve ever taken. I have randomly polled hundreds of people about MSM. I almost always to a T here from people who have taken it before. Oh, MSM changed my life. I&#8217;ve heard that dozens of times, that exact quote. Oh, MSM changed my life.</title>

<title>This interview is an excerpt from Kevin Gianni&#8217;s Fountain of Youth Summit, which can be found at http://fountainofyouthworldsummit.com. In this excerpt, Jesse Connone shares on supplements, medication and nutrition for back pain. The Fountain of Youth World Summit with Jesse Connone co-founder of the Healthy Back Institute.Kevin: What kinds of supplement are good for back pain or joints or anything that&#8217;s muscular like that?Jesse: In the case of internal inflammation or systematic inflammation. Again the body is in this constant state of inflammation and is preventing the body from healing. A recent study on heart disease found that. I believe that is almost 50% just shy of 50% of people who died from heart attach didn&#8217;t have clogged arteries. And what they found is, these people did have systematic inflammation. So they have this inflammation in their blood and what in the case of heart attack what they found is the nflammation that they caused a little piece of plague that they did have in their arteries to kind of pop like popcorn. And basically they found that higher level of inflammation in the body the more this tends to happen. And this inflammation causes to plague the pop and basically the damages the artery. And in a split second you are gone. And the way to kind of offset that and try to reduce this information in your body is making sure that you are eating healthy. So avoiding food that trigger inflammation, avoiding chemicals and pesticides and toxins and also supplementation. So there is herbs, enzymes that go into the body. And counter balance that if your will. And you know there is lots of different herbs. Many that have been used for thousands of years in another countries like India and Asia that go into the body and have this counter balancing effect.Kevin: Is there anything specific that most people could benefit from regardless of their back pain or anything?Jesse: Yeah! Absolutely there is whole list of nutritional supplements but what we found is people typically get better results. It&#8217;s easier if they just take a single formula that has multiple ingredients in it.Kevin: O.k.Jesse: Because there is lots of ingredients that have you know these positive effects on this inflammation. And pain you know naturally which is great. But to take four five six of these things and experiment to find the ones that work for you can be expensive and time consuming and difficult.Kevin: SureJesse: Yeah! Actually we use several different brands over the years. In working with so many different people what we have found is. What we have done actually is. Is that we take in something that we knew would help people or might thought might help people. So we tested it with our people. And so we would test all these different brands and supplements of all these different brands of equipment, all these different types of treatments over the year. And find what works the best. So we spend almost the last two almost three years testing different types of testing formula for people with pain. And we found numerous different ones that worked. But we typically had again a little bit of combining that I talked about.Kevin: Right!Jesse: Take this one and this one this time of day. And this one on empty stomach. So it was a bit confusing so we actually finally created our own.Kevin: Oh Really! O.k.Jesse: Just this past year. And it&#8217;s called lifeline plus and again it&#8217;s a combination of herbs and enzymes that worked naturally to reduce inflammation and pain. And on the what, were on the subject of inflammation one of the real big dangers that&#8217;s so common among people who have back pain. Is that they are taking prescriptions and fakes Non steroid or anti inflammatory.Kevin: Right!Jesse: And you probably heard in many of different people and probably heard that lots of the drugs are dangerous and many of them are pulled off the market. Because they have killed so many people. And they finally, government put enough pressure on them to finally pull the drug. The problem is a lot of these people are in so much pain; again they are not getting what we have talked about tonight. They are not getting the thorough evaluation; nobody is talking to them about physical dysfunction and muscle imbalances. They are not doing these specific targeted exercises, stretches and various treatments based on their situation so they are constantly in pain. And they need to take something, or they feel they need to take something rightfully so they are taking muscle relaxants both prescription and over the counter and fakes. That&#8217;s the problem because you shouldn&#8217;t take them ever. I personally doesn&#8217;t take them anymore. I took them 10 years ago before I knew anything really about health. And I would take them whenever I would have flair of back pain or shoulder pain or knee pain you know. I use to be into you know heavy duty weight lifting and body building so you know what comes with that is lots of injuries.Kevin: Sure!Jesse: So I was always taking stuff prescription and over the counter.Kevin: Really? O.k.Jesse: And now that I have spent the last ten years in the health and fitness field I found that the things are dangerous, they kill people. And even if it doesn&#8217;t kill you, it will be causing internal damage that you can&#8217;t see. You know if you are taking something like Tylenol. And slowly it is beating up your inside then you start to bleed internally. You can&#8217;t see that.Kevin: Or you can&#8217;t feel it. What do you say to them?Jesse: I say you can but it may take some changes in what you are doing.Kevin: Yeah!Jesse: And here&#8217;s the thing with the medication. It&#8217;s easier to take this super powerful drug then it is to eat healthy, to drink water, to do these exercises and stretches and to take it under personal supplement maybe not as strong as a drug. And you know just like everything in life people want easy, the easy pill.Kevin: Yeah!Jesse: Just like if you have seen in Staples. Here in the United States we got this staple office supplies. You got the easy button. Well people want thing easy, like people will take pills to lose weight, pills to get rid of their pain, pills to grow this, pills to do that. It is a problem and it is a challenge and some people we just can&#8217;t get through. They&#8217;ll keep taking the drugs and eventually they are out of problems. I sent an email recently about the dangers of insides and other than the couple of dozen attach emails I got from doctors questioning my story and my fax about the dangers of these drugs. We got dozens of emails who have personally lost friends and family members because of them.Kevin: Wow!Jesse: Yeah! One lady lost a 7-year old daughter who is on anti-inflammatory prescription drugs.Kevin: Wow!Jesse: Another person, another lady lost her husband. I mean literally, I mean probably about a dozen emails from our email list of people who have lost family members and friends. You know physically killed by the drug. And again that&#8217;s just a very small sample of the billions of people that are out in the world and the millions of millions of people who have taken this drug.Kevin: Right!Jesse: And so again you can&#8217;t get pain relief with drugs it is more work. But what do you want. So what do you want? Do you want to do the safe way? That may take a little bit more effort. But it will keep you alive. And it will keep you healthy. Do you want a quick fix drug that will slowly kill or maybe quickly kill you?Kevin: You may never know.Jesse: Right! Well in some cases that&#8217;s a big challenge.Kevin : I think it is a fantastic thing that you have such a great client database that you could do some of these test and what other sort of there is one or two other different studies that you had done that were pretty telling that about back that you would like to share.Jesse: Yeah we have a lot of surveys of our customers and our non-customers. We just have over 400,000 people that are currently on our email list. And round around 40,000 customers. And both of those people we have done lot and lots of research. Lots of surveys and resolve. And also done some of the informal studies. I would say the biggest one or most surprising was one that I mentioned earlier about nutrition and the impact it has on people and their pain.Kevin: Right!Jesse: I knew nutrition was important but I didn&#8217;t think it was something that would jump out on the survey results. I thought it was something that would really identify but I knew it was important in my gut.Kevin: Sure, It was something like maybe you can identify but there will be other factors that will be involved as you said.Jesse: Right! Right! Yeah exactly, yeah we were able to physically see that there was a distinct correlation between the number of people who ate unhealthy fast food and big infrequent meals and their pain level being more intense and being more frequent bouts of pain and longer duration. You know suffering from pain for longer time. . . versus the people who ate, who tended to eat healthier more frequent meals of smaller meals.Kevin: Wow!Jesse: So it was very interesting to see, it just goes to show you that as for everything there was never one factor .Kevin: Right!Jesse: And so in the case of back pain there is never going to be one thing that does it all for you. There will be one thing that will get you to the 90% pain free and right for instance I will give you, realize the example here. Most of the people who use or use our back pain system. They do the physical part. They do the evaluation, they find their physical dysfunction. They find their muscle imbalances. And they work on those. And within just days took a lot of time but usually couple of weeks. You know they are 90% pain free. And for them that is such an improvement. That they stopped there.Kevin: Yeah!Jesse: They don&#8217;t do the mental and emotional part that we talked about and that we teach them. They don&#8217;t do the internal part, the nutrition, the water and then you know the supplementation and inevitably what happens is they also stopped the physical part. They do the program long enough to make them feel better. And once they feel better they say &#8220;oh yeah this is great, Back to my life.&#8221; So then the pain comes back. And that&#8217;s why we created the concept of dimension before and pretty healing formula. And that is to educate people that there is these three distinct areas. Internal, External and Mental emotional that you need to be aware of that you need to attention to that you need to address, if you really want to get relief. You wanted to stay away. If you want to stay pain free.Kevin: Wow! That sounds like you have a good holistic package and we are running out of time now and I want to thank you for coming on board.</title>
